BackHard Copy Fingerprint Card Submissions
Fingerprint processing between the DSS and the FBI is electronic. Paper fingerprint cards that are mailed to the DSS are converted to digitized images with descriptive data and then electronically submitted to the FBI.
When mailing paper fingerprint cards to the DSS, ensure all required information is complete and accurate. Mail to:

fingerprinting can usually be done at the local police station for a small fee. This fee is reimbursable, please fill out an expense report and fax along with a recipt to (949) 788-0657 ATTN: Gloria Zack.
A representative of the company or your supervisor needs to go with you to verify integrity of the prints
